My husband can use the contactless facility on his debit card, but he has the dexterity and strength to use a pin number on a pin pad.
He wants to be able to shop independantly. Can anyone suggest a solution. His First Direct debit card randomly requires the ‘pin’ to be used so the contactless facility can’t be relied upon.
Not sure if this helps, but I have my payment cards set up on Apple Pay on my phone and it never needs PINs to make contactless payments.
