Break dancing workshop for the disabled (London)

Not sure if anyone would be interested in this, but thought I should post anyway!

There is a disabled break dancing crew performing at Sadler’s Wells this week and they are running workshops for the public (kids and adults).

What an inspirational group .

I had a look 'cos I’m in London, but nowhere near Sadlers Wells.

Must be wonderful to do that sort of thing - if it wasn’t for fatigue and neuropathic pain I’d have a go myself (perhaps not! ).

Thanks for posting tho’ - we can all do with some inspiration.
