Hi everyone, hope you’re all ok 
So I have SPMS, had this now for nearly 20yrs and I’ve been having Botox injections into my bladder for nearly 10yrs, started off at every 12mths, then every 6mths, then every 5mths and now every 3mths and now I think it’s stopped working, as I’m up in the night around 4 times, can’t stop urinating during the day, I do slf catheter and really shouldn’t be able to urinate on my own ( according to my urologist ) as I have the full dose of Botox, but I can.
so my question is has anyone had a similar experience and what did they do next ?

Sorry I haven’t got any answer to help but I wanted to say I am so sorry things are so difficult for you at the moment.
