Hi Guys
just had my blood test results, liver function fine, I was worried that the amount of tablets that I take would effect my liver, vitamin ‘D’ levels ok just within the required levels, I do take supplement, under active thyroid still under active so keep taking thyroid tablets, but the best one is my high cholesterol which was 7.5 is now down to an amassing 3.4 but till keep taking Statins and follow the diet that seems to be working, well with the high cholesterol anyway.
