Hi all,
So, I’m been having an increasing problem with spasms and pain in my legs especially at night. My GP suggested trying Baclofen, I’m currently on 100mg pregabalin at night, she said it wasn’t a good idea taking them both but just the Baclofen, I’m a bit anxious about stopping the pregabalin. Anyone take both?

No I didn’t take those 2, but I did take Gabepentin and Baclofen and was ok, so not sure what your GP means ?
Ask your MS specialist or a Pharmasist they tend to know better than GP’s.
I’m about to go back on Baclofen as advised by MS specialist and she knows I take Gabapentin.

Tried pregabalin & gabepentin at the same time as baclofen, didnt really feel it made a difference to spasms, however when I take clonazapam around 6pm it does help with spasms/jerking.
Morning,
I take 20 mg 3 times a day morning lunch and before bed and that keeps me from spasms throughout the night. I’ve just now added amatriptaline to see if can get pain under control. Gapapentin did nothing for me at all up to 1200mg three time a day apart from put 2 stone on in 3 months so took myself off it. Tried naproxin and then someone told me the gut protector is very bad for the liver so I stopped that as well.
