Im hoping someone can help me, please. Im doing Terry Whahls diet, been doing it for about 6 weeks now. The thing is, i’ve only got the basics of what you can eat and what you can’t. I can’t really affored her book ( minding my mitochondria) to only find out its only about her and her ms journey but if there is recipies ect then it would be worth me buying it.
