Becoming a Wellness Champion by Pam Bartha

Hi

Have just come across this book “Becoming a wellness Champion” Apparently the author Pam Bartha was diagnosed with MS 30 years ago and she chose a non prescription approach to therapy, recommends a low carb diet to fight infection and now lives symptom free. I was wondering if anyone has read this book and if so do what are their thoughts??

I’m sorry but have not read this book but find it hard to believe she is symtom free!!

Hi you have tagged onto an odd post.

I would make your own post ok with a specific heading as you may not get help otherwise ok.

Morning,

So who’s to say she hasn’t got beign MS, we’re all different, who’s to say she’s been diagnosed but has been very lucky not to progress, there’s a lady I know who has had MS for a similar time to this and apart from bought’s of fatigue lives a normal life, she herself counts herself lucky, the thing is she’s written a book, wants people to buy it, so it all sounds good, we think, hey if I buy this a do what she does that could be me, don’t fall for it, just do the best you can for yourself, however I do agree with 1 thing, if you can do it without meds then do, I only take Baclofen now, pain meds weren’t doing it for me anymore, we just have to do what is best for us.
