aaargh legs!!!!

I’ve been out this afternoon for champagne afternoon tea for my eldest daughter’s baby shower. I felt great and didn’t need to use my stick, which I was glad about as it’s the first time I’ve seen all her friends since her wedding 2 years ago. I don’t know if it’s because I was making such an effort to walk normally or two hours in the car or sitting on a dining chair for 3 hours but I’m in agony!!! My back is killing me and I don’t know what to do with my legs. They’re flailing around like they have a life of their own and it’s driving me bonkers!! It’s at times like this I wish I could unscrew them and just go to sleep.

Hi, well it`s good to know how much you enjoyed the party.

I`m betting the reasons for your back and legs pain is due to sitting in one position for so long with very little good support.

I know that happens to me sometimes.

Take it easy and why not see about getting some good support cushions?
