Does anybody know of a Yoga/excersie Gp , specifically for MSers in the Braintree, Essex area??

i’m in greater manchester so can’t answer your question.
however try your local ms society group because some of them do yoga classes.
if you are close to a ms therapy centre, they will almost certainly do yoga classes.
the one i go to in trafford, manchester does yoga, pilates and t’ai chi classes.
also the wii fit has a yoga section.
