I’m almost crying tears of joy for you! I’m absolutely thrilled that you can now look forward to going into work without the fear of facing that nasty (insert choice of expletive) ever again.
I think every large workplace has at least one ‘psycho’. Anyone who hasn’t experienced one should be very thankful indeed but for those of us who have, we have some idea of what you have been through.
You can now breathe a huge sigh of relief and get on with living a ‘normal’ life.
I have not posted on the forum for about a year but when i saw your post i just had to reply.
I couldn’t believe this had taken so long to be resolved.
You have been extremely brave to see this through - many people would have given up and left their job.
I admire your strength. You are an inspiration!!
I am sorry to hear some replies were not very supportive - but you fought on and stood up for your rights.
I’m sorry you had to go through all this. As you say - draw a line under it - onwards and upwards…
I’m so glad its been resolved but i hope she keeps well away from you and doesn’t plan any revenge for losing her job (it sounds like she is the type to not just let things go - i hope i am wrong!!)
perhaps the daughter could be known as ‘psycho 2: this time it’s ridiculous’. what your company needs to do is arrange for a fire one get one fired free deal!
If she she doesn’t have an extremely close relationship with your MD (or thereabouts), I would be most surprised. She’s got something on someone senior, surely?
