Why so many celebrities have died in 2016, this is from the BBC website today.

Yes, very helpful. Thanks. But at the end is says this trend is going to continue. So I’d better get my head round the deaths of my icons. Ie. get used to feeling upset and bereft about people I didn’t know.

makes sense; more celebrity deaths due to more people being celebrated.

give it a few decades, and it will become a daily thing what with anyone and everyone gaining ‘celebrity’ status these days (read, ‘Kardashian’).
