what's happening to me?

I don’t know what is happening to me.

My hands are stiff and feel burnt.

My legs and arms hurt/ache and tingle

Do I really need the toilet after I’ve just been? feels like I do

I have forgotten so much. eg what a biscuit is, how to tell the time, spellings of the easiest words, strings on a violin

my foot at the heel aches, my calf muscle tenses and is painful frequently to the point that i have to hobble around furniture, i don’t know if this is another symptom?

dx of probable ms, lesions on left frontal lobe, o bands present

feels like a losing battle, but have an appointment with neuro but there is no ms nurse for harrogate.

its very much what i feel like.tx

Me 2 and on my mri scan found demyelination of the white matter, saw neuro and she could not tell me anything because she had not seen my MRI !!!

Unfortunately, my ms never taught me how to forget a biscuit. New subscription to slimming works imminent! I am lucky, I have a dx and I am not trying to mock you. I am an English graduate and was a teacher, but I knew something was wrong when I had to use a dictionary to check the easiest of spellings. I’m sorry you don’t have a dx but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time. Let me know if there is anything you want to know about my journey, Chis

You don’t need a full diagnosis to get help.

Please get your bladder problems looked at - it could be a UTI or you may need to see a continence specialist for retention (a recipe for UTIs which can increase symptoms and even trigger relapses). Are you getting any meds for your other symptoms? If your GP won’t help, then a call to your neuro’s secretary might prove helpful: tell them that you have an appointment in ?, but you’re struggling with x, y, z - could the neuro please recommend a med that might help in the meantime? Then tell the GP what you’re told. You could also ask your GP for a referral to neurophysio - see if they can work out what’s going on with that heel and calf.

Please don’t suffer in silence.
