Following a CIS dx in December, I have continued to lose weight, despite all the good eating over Christmas! I initially put down to worry - I always tend to lose my appetite when worried about something but thought it would creep back on after I had some more concrete news about what was going on in my body, but apparently not. So, no sales shopping for new clothes as I don’t know what size to buy so decided to buy some new M&S footglove shoes to cheer myself up. Went to wear them for the first time today and horror or horrors, they have she changed the lining on the sole so that the writing really hurts the bottom of my feet! So another trip to the shops to take them back. Sounds silly to be fed up by something so apparently trivial but I am!
Hi hun. I have always found that M&S shoes are hard to wear…so if they have changed their soft insoles, then no wonder you are disappointed!
The weight loss…I think you should see your GP about it…just to check why it is happening.

Unexplained weight loss is always one to check out with the GP.
It might also be worth paying really careful attention to what you eat every day - human beings are notoriously bad at guessing how much they are actually eating when not actively making a note of it. Is it possible that you are actually taking less on board than you think you are? Just because there is lots of rich food around and lots of it being consumed does not necessarily mean that lots of it is being consumed by you!
