I take (a day):
D3: 5000iu alternating with 10,000iu (my levels were still a bit low on only 5000iu)
B12: 100mcg (no idea why really; seemed sensible given that it supports cell repair?!)
Omega 3: 2000mg
Calcium (with boron and magnesium I think?): 2000mg (I’m prone to low calcium levels and there is osteoporosis in the family)
B2: 400mg (migraine preventative - and it’s working! YAY!!!)

Vitamin D3 because my GP says I’ve got to. I get them on prescription.
My GP and other specialists have all insisted that Manuka honey, 12+ grade is part of my daily intake. It is quite expensive but I have adopted this and will stick to it. They said that 12+ is the minimum grade and 15+ if you can find it is ideal. So I take a whole heap of vitamins etc on a Sunday and my honey every day. I grow lots of herbs so eat the leaves most mornings especially fennel but consider this part of my vitamin/added extra bonus.
