That’s great. Thanks for that. x

What does the last part mean. Max safe dose or NOAEL etc?

No-observed-adverse-effect level

Thanks. x

I give my boys (3 & 5 years) a general multi vitamin with omega 3 anyway, but I’ve also now added in a few droppers of D3 (there’s 200iu in the multi vitamin, so I bring it up to around the figures above with the drops). I’ve also just ordered some B12 drops based on a recommendation on this site, but haven’t worked out the dosage yet. Will just go by the pack for that as from what I’ve read, their diets should pretty much cover it anyway and it’s more of a precaution. I’ve bought the drops from amazon as they seemed to work out the cheapest. X

Is that 4,000 IU per day etc? I don’t know what 4,000 U means
