Hi,
I would like to know if anyone suffers from head tremors and if so what helps.
Also I feel my neck and head is going numb , does this happen to anyone

I’ve not had any problems with my head or neck, but baclofen is often prescribed for spasms, so it’sprobably worth giving your GP a ring (or MS nurse) and see what they say.

Yes, I have the typical ms head tremor, I call it my "wobbly dog
syndrome" the type that sits in the back window of a car! I also have
a tremor in my arms and legs (even though I use a wheelchair) and do
sometimes experience an internal tremor, and it is very frustrating.
I wear a neck collar, which helps a little, but have heard that beta
blockers may help with ms tremor, but have been reluctant to try them.
Maybe worth having a word with your gp or ms nurse to see what they
advise.
