Treatment or physio ideas for trouble typing

Looking for ways to keep working but need to type and write which is increasingly painful and difficult due to numbness in hands especially right one and right shoulder arm and hand pain. Should I see a physio? Can I wear a wrist support during the day (currently just at night). Any pain reliever for arm? My benzodiazepine helps a bit but not much help from ibuprofen. I teach mostly online so need to type while I talk. Ne k exercises help a bit but doesn’t take much to make pain worse, including stretches so am a bit fearful of stress balls etc.

I have trouble with my right side too, mainly hand, leg and foot drop. I see my physio every 2-3 weeks and she doesn’t rate the stress balls that much. She told me to try using play dough, exercise with it by rolling it out to make sausages, small balls etc. Also suggested making a cake, all good exercise for your hands.
