Today is my ‘one year anniversary’ of diagnosis, I just want you all to know that I have cried a river, seen no light at the end of the tunnel, really felt low- but it’s ok! One year on and I’m managing, I feel much better than I did. So regardless how you feel now- know that there is hope and you will be ok x
Thank you. It is what I really needed to read as I am struggling with my dx 3 months in and 7 months post relapse.
Best,
S
I know it’s tough. It’s really, really hard. Coming to terms with our new body is a challenge, but it is possible. I believe that the way forward is simply accepting that our life isn’t the one we had planned. After the pain, the tears, the anger and resentment, our future is still waiting for us. As always, make the most of it. Anthony
Oh well done Emma. What a brilliant message. I glad you’re managing OK.
It’s not easy for anyone to get their head round an MS diagnosis.
I’m happy that you’re doing better than in the early days.
Sue
Thanks so much for that x
For all the newbies. As hard as it is accepting a diagnosis I can tell you that from my own personal experience I feel better now than I did 2 years ago when first diagnosed. Apart from fatigue all my other symptoms have improved 95%. I know we`re all different but things can change for the better.
Best wishes to you all and I hope you all have a lovely Easter weekend:-)
you are my tribe and i love each and every one of you.
