Thank you for the advice everyone. I ran it past Occupational Health and they agree with George. They say the DDA should not allow the grey area interpretations that Anita has experienced.

I am surprised at an official body like them taking a left wing view like mine. You know your employers so first make them a compromise offer but surreptitiously let them know if they do not accept you will take it further. George
