Thought but still think ms have had a diagnosis

Hi my name is lian, I’m 43. I’m happily married and have 3 children. 2 from a previous marriage in their twenties and a nearly 5 year old. For the past 6 years or so my memory hasn’t gotten terrible. I can’t read anymore as I can’t concentrate and I can’t remember the sentence I’ve just read. Even I’d I read it ten times! I can ask my husband a question 3 times in the space of 20 mins the same one as I forget. I suffer with horrendous migraines. This had led to my diagnosis. I’ve had awful fatigue, constant tinnitus, burning sensations on my skin, fell a few times and lost balance last couple months. 2 years ago I thought I’d had stroke. My whole ride side went completely numb n couldn’t move. I was told I’d had a hemiplegia migraine. The next day I blacked out n smashed my head. Obviously looking back all neurological. See photo of my letter, stating cerebral small vessel disease my mri which showed multiple white lesions and more than for my age they said. I’m 43. I’ve looked online and more common in over 70s. I’m worried bout getting dementia but can this also be ms?. Has anyone else had this diagnosis? How do you cope or medication etc? Thankyou x

Hello,
Welcome. Sorry I’ve never been dx chronic small vessel disease --it sounds a serious illness. I wish you better.
I did have subarachnoid haemorrhage a few years ago though. I remember it giving me a really bad headache on top head and behind forehead; CT scan showed where bleeds were.
It’s possible my memory and concentration has slowed since then and it’s probable multiple sclerosis has slowed my walking to trundle these days.
Best,
JP
