Is anyone using the Wahls Protocol and if so are you noticing any benefit?
I am currently reading her book, but already eat pretty much what she suggests, which is only fresh food after all. Personally, I think the general health benefits of eating fish, fruit and vegetables is unarguable and must help MS too. Make sure you keep a food diary if you do intend to try it, as it will help identify any food intolerance you may have.
Certainly no harm in trying if you fancy conducting your own trial.
