Hi everyone, hope you have found this place without too many problems. I posted on the old board about embarking on a diet using slim fast. I have taken your good advice and changed the diet. I am having a slimfast milkshake for breakfast (but I am not buying any more when this has run out), and just being careful with the rest of my food(trying to keep to 1200 calories). I am also not drinking as much, and eating at least 2 or 3 pieces of fruit cos theres plenty of juice in that. Tomorrow starts my 3rd week of dieting and I have lost 7lb already and hope to lose another stone so fingers crossed!
