How are you?
I’m doing ok been on a fitness plan and diet and have lost 15lb in 32 days so I’ve been working out hard and eating less than 1500 calories a day - generally been having 1300 a day. Feel good for loosing the weight and aim to lose another 4 stone in a year! 2014 is definitely going to be a new start for me. How are you all doing?
