tears

Where do all these tears come from? I have bouts of this feeling really emotional and can’t stop crying. Anyone else get this?

Hi issy, well I used to cry over my MS like problems…a lot…that was back in the beginning…1999.

I havent been able or wanted to cry about it for some time now.

But I did cry a bit on Monday, when I got some worrying news.

Crying is good. it releases a chemical in the brain, which is supposed to make us feel better!

Does it? I dunno.

hiya

am just off the phone-not before bubbling.

am fed up of repeating myself to 675768368 diff depts that i wish would communicate with each other thus saving myself struggling to find the word in this blooming foreign accent (i have nothing at all against foreign folk-i just want ny usual scottishness back)

rant over for now…

i guess it handy if u can work out WHY you are crying? for me its due to frustration. if it due to mood then there is help available.

take care,ellie x

It sounds like emotional lability, a recognised symptom of MS. I’ve had it a few times and it sucks. I’m an emotional mess most of the time anyway, always have been, but EL is crying (or laughing) for no discernible reason. Maybe talk to your MS nurse or GP if it’s something that’s worrying you.

Hope you feel better soon,

Big hugs! crying is just making room! Its good to have a cry x
