Samuel Pinches has a very unusual style of investigation: he refused a free trial of TaoPatch. He is also confused: he reports of a user who paid with a Credit Card and was refunded with PayPal, But the user paid Indiegogo who has a policy of no returns. So TaoPatch stepped up and paid the client a full refund.

We all know how individual MS is. The only way to know if a device will make your life easier is to test it for yourself. TaoPatch gives a refund if you feel it is not helping you.

I got them from the Indigo campaign but you can buy direct from taopatch UK and they ship them from Italy or you can pay a little more and get them from Amazon I think

Well it’s not a scam if I can see improvements and my osteopath who I’ve seen regularly for two years is amazed at the changes he can physically feel / see after only a short period of wearing them. Sorry but there will always be people who think it’s a scam. I run UK competition sites and when we first launched almost four years ago we got comments about being a scam because we were new. But we weren’t and have 5* rating on TrustPilot and Facebook. Some people just don’t want to give new companies a chance and just think the worse. Taopatches are not expensive when you factor in they last two years, so you don’t have much to risk and hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised like many of us who have taken the plunge and tried them for ourselves.

I have tried the Tao Patches. I have the starter pack. They have really helped. I noticed an improvement after I started wearing them for 12 hours. I noticed I was able to stand up straighter. I have tried for years to improve my posture but have always felt like I just couldn’t do it. Its a very noticeable difference that my chiropractor and massage therapist have both also noticed. I have seen them for years and have not been able to accomplish this until the Tao patches! I started wearing one on my calf because I have so much muscle spasticity. It has really helped with that too! I take them off periodically to let my skin rest from the adhesive and my calf muscle will go back into spasms after just a couple hours with out it. It improves within half an hour of putting them back on. I was pretty skeptical. It has made an undeniable difference in my muscle response. I also feel more balanced. Its not 100% miracle working but it has probably made atleast a 75% improvement in my symptoms.

I am in Month 6 now and wouldn’t be without them, my spasticity has reduced massively, my posture is so much better, my knee is bending much more and now my ankle is starting to loosen up. I have started writing a blog about it - not sure if I can post my link in here but will try - [link removed by moderator] if not look me up on Twitter mymindinsideout and there is a link x

Hi,

Are they on NHS Scripts pls? Can we get them for ‘Free’ for e.g. ?

Hi Anna

I doubt it, it’s quite a new thing and the NHS is not really into alternative therapies. The patches last two years so the cost isn’t really that much when you work it over that time. Also anything that actually makes a difference is worth spending the money on in my opinion.

Well, I do not have MS, so I cannot test it’s effectiveness. However, I would certainly not decline a free trial of TaoPatch so that I can examine it properly with a range of scientific instruments – I would be more than happy to accept a loan, and to return it once tested. Ball is in your court Adrian!

Apologies, but if you don’t have MS how can you even comment on whether they are effective for it or not. I was diagnosed with MS in 2003 but probably had it for years before that. Taopatches have been amazing, I have followed the instructions properly. I set my expectations low but 6 months on and I wouldn’t be without them. My osteopath and my personal trainer can both see physical changes since I’ve been using them that are way beyond any changes I got from other things I have tried. I do it in combination with the MS Gym, eating healthy, supplements and living a stress free life but the Taopatches have had a significant improvement within my body. I am not associated with Taopatch, I just stumbled across them one day and am forever grateful that I did. I would love everyone with MS to try them but people are rightly skeptical of news things (I was too) but I have found something that works for me and was worth every penny.

While I appreciate your comment, but are you saying a doctor cannot help you because they do not have MS? Or that an engineer cannot design a plane when they cannot fly? That is a very weak argument…

Please read my post and see for yourself – I use my scientific background to critically evaluate the claims being made by the manufacturer, and attempting to assess whether their claims are both (a) plausible, and (b) whether they are supported by any credible scientific evidence. I won’t spoil the surprise… but I fully believe that the placebo effect is strong enough to explain the positive effects that some people have for some of the time when using these patches.

Note: I’ve moved all my “magic patch” content off my blog and over to a separate site now, you will easily find it if you google for taopatch scientific reviews.

I took the plunge but have not received the patch, yet! I’m very excited as I’ve only seen 1 negative report from a person who purchased one & they said it didn’t work…

But everyone’s different!

Will let everyone know when I receive it & show how great it’s goiong to work for me!!

Well I can honestly say not one specialist or doctor has ever given me any medication or advice that has significantly helped my MS so yes I stand by my comment. If it was a placebo effect then my osteopath wouldn’t see such a massive improvement in my knee and ankle spasticity. So, sorry not buying that comment either. To be perfectly frank they have made a huge different to my life so whether you believe in them or not is truly irrelevant and I hope others with MS try for themselves and don’t listen to your views when you don’t have MS so can’t truly know if they work or not

I have used the TaoPatch. I am currently in day 3 of the starter pack. I will say that I feel better than I have in a LONG TIME. I look forward to the journey!
