I think you need to be very careful about these. Do some research online and I think you will find that they are at best an expensive placebo

I agree with Moirah - it’s snake oil.
These charlatans feed on one’s natural desire to find an easy solution. Dig deeper and there will be no proven medical research carried out to support their claims. Those who endorse it are perhaps susceptible folk who have convinced themselves that it works to support their decision to invest in it. In that respect, if it makes them feel better about themselves, so be it, but it’s not medical advancement.
Stick to products with measured and demonstrable results, proper funding and clinical trials. We have the NHS, which we get for free. It may be dull & boring but it sticks to what it knows will work.
