I have tried the Tao Patches. I have the starter pack. They have really helped. I noticed an improvement after I started wearing them for 12 hours. I noticed I was able to stand up straighter. I have tried for years to improve my posture but have always felt like I just couldn’t do it. Its a very noticeable difference that my chiropractor and massage therapist have both also noticed. I have seen them for years and have not been able to accomplish this until the Tao patches! I started wearing one on my calf because I have so much muscle spasticity. It has really helped with that too! I take them off periodically to let my skin rest from the adhesive and my calf muscle will go back into spasms after just a couple hours with out it. It improves within half an hour of putting them back on. I was pretty skeptical. It has made an undeniable difference in my muscle response. I also feel more balanced. Its not 100% miracle working but it has probably made atleast a 75% improvement in my symptoms.
