Symptons lessening slightly

I don"t feel as many issues as I did a couple of months ago. Feet still numb, left palm numb, fingers tingling.

Maybe I am just getting used to things. I have been sleeping great recently 9 hours per night which gives me more energy - also I am eating well & taking daily vitamins.

Off for 11 days now which is amazing…I intend to rest my legs as much as possible…

Not sure how long ago you were diagnosed but I can clearly remember when my first ever relapse happened and I was diagnosed with MS, after about 2 months everything just seemed to settle right down with no after effects at all, I actually questioned the diagnosis with my consultant, as I felt he had it wrong.

He explained that this happens to many many people with MS, you can go years after your first attack without noticing anything else happening, everything can seem to disappear as quickly as it started.

8 years on and after slowly progressing I’m now SPMS.
I guess he was correct all along !!!

Had this since 2007 so 15 years. First time it happened if was a bit of a shock. Had a few attacks and thankfully things gone back to somewhat normal.

Feb 2022 was most severe re: areas affected. June arrives & things are improving.
