I have been having Tysabri infusions for 10 years but have just tested JC positive and have to stop. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me which treatments they were offered if this happened to them?

Due my first tysabri in two weeks one of my questions will be what options I have if I turn jcv positive

I was offered Kesimpta or Ocrevus and I opted for Kesimpta. I hope Tysabri works well for you

Glad to hear you’re all sorted for a new dmt , if I was allowed anti cd20 I think kesimpta would be my choice also

had my first tysabri injection today I did ask about what would happen if I became jcv positive and was told I would still be possibly kept on it for a while as long as the numbers were relatively low
we didn’t really get to what the choices would be if had to change more of a we will see at the time
Wasn’t expecting the infection either but going forward that’s what I’ll be receiving every 4weeks
