Tysabri to Ocrevus

After 10 years relapse free on tysabri I’ve gone positive for JC virus. Due to the length of time on the drug, my age and the high reading of 2 JCV tests sadly I have to discontinue that treatment.

I’m swappinging to Ocrevus and keen to hear from fellow MS’ers who have either gone through the same change of DMTs, who are currently on the drug or had tried it but no longer on Ocrevus.

Hi, I am in a similar situation 4 years on tysabri but now having to switch, what’s your experience been like since switching? Also I’ve only just found out I’m jcv positive so been taken off tysabri immediately extremely worried about Pml been booked in for mri but feel like I’m in a living hell right now until I get the all clear.
