I’m trying to find something that I can use to fully support my head, back and arms that means I can sit upright when I’m away without access to adjustable bed.
Does anybody have any suggestions please

Just to add, there is an inflatable one quite reasonable price and easily portable.

hiya
i have a V shaped pillowcase(s) which you can then put in pillows into it. not perfect but is easy to pack a pillowcase then ask where you are staying for extra pillows.
