Was just sitting here on my rest day folks - bored out of my tree - need new hobbies lol. Anyway, I work in a day service for adults with a physical disability and have done for a long time and really enjoy what I do. Hell, I am one to waffle - anyway, if I were to assess me for our service, I would probably give me a service lol. Way too weird folks lol.

i never get b****d, even during this recent relapse during which i can do very little there is always my mind to work on. as long as it is strong the body can fall to bits,as it is doing!
