Wonder if anyone can help me, last night I experienced a funny sensation on the right side of my stomach. I don’t think it was the hug or anything and it wasn’t painful but my stomach suddenly started almost like rippling, well the muscles did. I could feel this with my hand and it kept coming and going every few minutes. Perhaps it was spasms really don’t know. Soon after I took my nightly dose of clonazepam and it eventually stopped. As I said it didn’t hurt and so far today it hasn’t returned but it’s playing on my mind as never felt this before, thanks x
Hi, I get a very pronounced pulse feeling on my left side of stomach which is when my IBS is playing up? Not so much like a ripple though. Hopefully just a one off.

I get these feelings all over in different muscles. It’s not painful, as you say, but just feels really weird.
I am not dx, so have no idea if it’s a typical MS thing or not.

Thanks for the reply purple dot, suppose it was similar to what I also get in my legs. Fingers crossed it was a one off. I get freaked at anything that happens in my body now x
I’ve had it a few times Jojow, and it is a very strange feeling. I think it must be muscle spasms…not painful but very weird…

I also get a painless but weird ripple fluttering down the left side of my stomach area quite regularly, im not dx’d yet either but I also get this in other muscle groups depending the location tends to depend on the intensity for me

Hi Karen, cheers for letting me know. I had phone the ms society helpline yesterday and the guy said he had never heard of this before so it’s reassuring to know it’s not just me getting it x
