I feel like I’ve spacisity all over my body waking up and getting out of beds a nightmare. Before my first big relapse I felt like I couldn’t run as my hip was completely stiff. And it just gets worse. It takes me a while to get going. It is a nightmare. When I wake in the morning I’m so sore in the back hip area and I’ve a really comfy bed lol so it isn’t that then everything so tight till I get going. My hamstring and feet etc are right too but I can cope with that.u learn to live with it but my hip is really annoying. Anyone else like this and have u any good advice Em
Lie on the floor and put a tennis ball in affected area and move slightly , its like giving yourself a deep massage. I was told to hold it in place on the musle that really hurts and wait for the pain to get easier. Hope this helps zoe

Go to the MS centre in Dyce, there is a physio there as well as the oxygen chamber etc G
I’m working on it Gary. Got the doc to sign my stuff. Now I need mums decorating to be finished and dad home from sea. Realistically I’m not getting until after Easter holidays possibly into May. As the kitchen is going in 25th April etc. And I cancelled my massage as it was supposed to be going in Monday. X
