I recently had a temporary sacral nerve modulator fitted. It works in that I can now go several hours before needing to pee but I still have extreme urgency and also still up 3 or 4 times a night. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi @debbie154 I never had a SNM fitted, but I have experience with urgency and getting up several times in a night.
I used to have Botox injections in to the bladder every 6mths, then that went to every 3mths, had it like that for about 10yrs when it finally stopped working year, so in March I had a suprapubic catheter fitted with a flip flow attachment and for me this works, no more getting up in the night, because I wear a night bag, during the day I have the option of wearing a day bag, so when I go anywhere this is ideal, I have to say for me it’s changed everything, but I realise it’s not for everyone.
No sadly my bowel has joined in, so that gets me up twice a night, even though I do an irrigation, crazy.
