I know I shouldn’t snap, but its getting frustrating when I’m having to explain myself to people. Like why I can’t do things due to my fatigue, I feel like I have defend myself. When I should just calmly explain. Guess I just wish people wouldat least try to understand.
Is anyone eelse like this, or is it just me being OTT :-\
No you’re definitely not alone! I am 33, and i use a mobility scooter to get around and you should see some of the looks i get! Not from everyone just a minority, but i find telling people you have ms they (for the most part) are not sure what it is, i think it might be fun sometimes to tell people whatever pops into my head first!! You could always say, “if i had to explain, you wouldn’t understand anyway”! Keep your head held high and a smile on your face xxxx
my brother phoned this morning asked how i was , i said fine, we then talked about his issues with his flat he then said how was i , i said you have already asked, he then said sooory he then said i keep repeating myself didnt want to say yes your repeating tires me out , saying that he drives my sister mad with his constant repeating and she is fit and able

That’s exactly what you should do Minnie_mouse Personally I couldn’t give a fig what people think as long as my husband and close family are there for me…which they are. You’ll only tire yourself out repeating yourself, not forgetting the boredom lol I think it’s one of the things I’ve learned in my older years…to care less what others think. ((((((hugs))))))
say “fabulous darling” when someone asks how you are.
i did that at a party i went to recently and the response was fabulous!
the people who know you well will know that you’re not fabuous all the time and those who dont really dont matter!
