Hi there - new arrival on the Forum. Apologies if this is often asked and answered, but can anyone please recommend an effective sleep supplement? I’ve had MS for over 15 years and recently switched treatments from Fingolimod / Gilenya to Ocrevus, which took a big toll on me physically and has made me feel constantly drained. I’m trying to get myself in shape and improve my sleep. I’ve read about purported sleep-assisting ingredients like CBD, 5-HTP, magnesium, valerian, B vitamins etc., and there are hundreds of different brands out there with different combinations of various ingredients. I’d be very grateful for any recommendations of supplements that actually work or good experiences on particular supplements. Thanks.
Hey, Although I can’t give much advice on the vitamins part, I can share with you what helped me in improving my sleep quality.
I found herbal supplements the most effective. I have noticed a huge benefit and they worked for me. I settled on trying supplements from a company called GinSen but there are plenty of herbal supplements on the market. Worth a try!
