i am in a horrible situation at the moment where i have lots of stuff going on, very stressful stuff. so im exhausted during the day as i suffer from ms fatigue and have got lots of things going round my head at night when i should be sleeping
however, i was wondering if any of you guys have used it before?
Something that might be worth trying is a book called Overcoming Insomnia & Sleep Problems: A Self-Help Guide, by Colin Espie. I went to a sleep clinic at my local hospital & they recommended it. If you don’t want to buy it, you could see if your local library has it.
