Hi I have just been told that I have got shingles from GP and need some advice as I didn’t think of asking him some questions. I am therefore wondering if it’s something I need to inform my ms team about. Also I have read some Msers were told to stop their treatment (I’m on tecfidera) for them to heal. As shingles is apparently common thing for us, I would be grateful if you could assist

Hi, my hubby has shingles at the moment.
He has rheumatoid arthritis and has been told to stop his weekly injection for his RA.
The thing which speeds up shingles recovery, is to get the specific medication within 48 hours. He was too late.
Ring your MS nurse for advice.
