RLS

Congrats… can you share details of using OxyContin 10mg usage details, how to take with some drinks or foods, and any precaustions or cares. Because it seems very low dose.

[Edited]

I take it twice a day morning and evening after food. I started off on 20mg twice daily but was able to drop to 10mg and still have huge reduction in rls. You are right it is a very low dose but the results are amazing. No side effects at all, felt a bit sleepy for a couple of days until I got used to it, don’t even notice it now.

This seems to be your only post and its spam. You link to an advert for some computer software rubbish. Presumably your comments about the drug in your post are just designed to make your post seem legitamate.

Got some Magnesium from H&B in the Penny Sale.

I don`t believe it but it has worked more or less straight away.

I`m feeling totally recharged and alive after a good nights sleep.

The downside is if I sit down to read or watch TV I keep falling asleep. Probably because I have a lot of sleep to catch up on.

Great news Scudger

The bonus is there are no side effects for me taking magnesium.

Look forward to bedtime now where as before I was dreading it.

That`s the RLS dealt with. Now for the PPMS .

Join me on High dose Vitamin D for Autoimmune diseases - and also Vitamin D Protocol North America.

All to do with d3 and magnesium plus bvits.

I take Tramadol at night for spasms and apparently it helps with RLS too. I discovered this by chance taking tramadol for pain but then realised that my spasms were reduced greatly by taking tramadol. I found this information on Google perhaps you might like to have a look at it:

  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS) - While there is pain associated with MS, Tramadol is also prescribed to treat the nibroad range of additional symptoms such as muscle spasms, mobility issues, and bladder difficulties, among others

Hi Jane10

thanks for the info but I will stick with the Magnesium as it is working for me. Plus, because it is a supplement there are no side effects.

I’ve just joined and have read your posts…that’s very interesting about Magnesium . I was prescribed 10 years ago and been taking since…1 tablet daily of Pramipexole (0.088mg)for PLS… which def helps. Approx 3 times in past 10 years , I’ve not taken that pill and had terrible- disturbed sleep…and so did hubby !!
