River Dance

Hi guys, looking for some advice although you would think, 38 years after my diagnosis, I should know the answers by now. Trying to find out the best option to counter restless legs, I swear some nights when sitting watching tv or lying in bed I could win a river dance competition. My feet are leaping about like your average river dancer or someone doing a manic highland fling. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Of course, whenever the pandemic is finished I will enter a few Highland Games dancing competitions, no point letting all that flailing leg exercise go to waste.
