Rebif Delivery Time

Hi all.

Had a meeting with my MS nurse two weeks ago and we decided that Rebif would be good to start so she instructed Healthcare at Home and she said I would get a call to arrange delivery. I haven’t heard anything yet. Just wondered how long those of you on Rebif had to wait before the first delivery came.

I have heard that Healthcare at Home aren’t too reliable.

Not sure whether to just wait or whether I should chase it up.

Hi Shazzie,

Yes HaH have had some bad reports over the last few months but fortunately I use Evolution who I have to say are really good. I get a call every couple of weeks to check what I need in terms of medication and associated kit and they arrange a delivery date and time and thus far (12 months) they havent missed a delivery or items on the delivery.

Sounds like Evolution are good.

I rang the number that Jen gave me and they said that they hadn’t received anything from my neuro/nurse so I rang the nurse and she said that the prescription was going off yesterday to Homecare at Home. God knows how long it will be til I get a call about delivery. Not long I hope.
