While I hope the day of action really makes a difference and that justice for disabled people throughout the UK is rightly done and seen to be done, all the political chaos caused by brexit at the moment makes me inclined to believe that our rights are pretty low down on the agenda.
I just watched the dpac video, and saw how all those deserving people have been so cruelly deprived of the means to allow them to function independently.
The results of my assessment are due any day now.
I’m dreading it.
