I have photophobia for many years and the only way i found to deal with this is to wear custome sunglases made by me that have more intense colors by using more clip ons attached togegher.You neeed to wear sunglases indoors to but more transparent. You can combine colors to like amber and yellow , 2 yellow lenses and so on.To make this clip on sunglases you need a heated cutter , a needel to make holes and eyeglases screws wich you can find online.
