Well my partners just had his home assessment from ATOS for pip already on it but due to health we had to tell DWP, what a dread though having to do it all over again, my partner really struggled with some of the questions and I had to help I could see how distressed he was getting wasn’t nice at all, the man seemed ok but you can’t really tell, going to ring DWP Tuesday asking for a copy of the report we ain’t going down this time, just gets me how the government can put so many through this when it’s not bad enough with living with daily things already.
i’m going to ask for a copy of my report too.
should have done it straight away as i got put down from enhanced to lower rate.
i’ve been enjoying making rude word substitutions for the letters D W P.

Ha ha yes we’ve had a few fights on our hands last time, it gets me every time how one person can judge you when actually the best person would be is your G.P etc they have got it so wrong xx
Getting a copy of the report ASAP is something I always recommend. If it’s positive it stops you worrying unecessarilly. If it isn’t, it means you have extra time to get your arguments for a reconsideration or appeal while you are waiting game for the formal decision.
Update on pip claim had dessicion maker ring today had to pass it to partner to give permission for me to discuss thing, standard ! Omg she was lovely asked how long he had become worse I explained then I asked the dreaded question is it good news? All she could say was yes u have nothing to worry about and will have a dessicion by the end of day and a letter through the post , I’m not jumping the gun hear but I feel at last it will be good news xx will keep u posted
Omg partner has got enhanced on both what a weight has been lifted 1/1/2 years of fighting for what he was entitled to keep fighting everyone xx

When I say 11/2 years I was meant to put he was already in receipt of pip standard rate however I felt he should have been on enhanced in the first place but we had little evidence and intervention from professionals so it took to do a change of health to be awarded enhanced and it was very stressful but we got through it with determination,all I’ll say is never give up
