PIP - change in health

Hi

i went from nil care & high mobility on. DLA to standard daily living, high mobility when transferring to PIP. I then felt I had deteriorated and reported a change to PIP. No further information was sent to them other than an application form and a telephone interview with ATOS. The result has been enhanced for both components backdated to when I informed them. I don’t have a care plan and simply told them as it is.

ATOS & the DWP seem to be spot on. It turned out hassle free without a face to face assessment.

Interesting Paul.

So if you have MS you’ll only be seen once.

Thanks for the update.

Hi

That seemed the case. Hope it’s the same for other MSers

Pleased it went okay for you, it’s bad enough having this awful illness without having to fight for help.

I have just received my invitation to claim PIP and keep putting off making the phone call to the DWP.
