Partner Tepee Auto (Citroen Berlingo Auto)

Hello

I have been advised to buy a Partner Tepee as it can be fitted with a hoist for my electric wheelchair.

However, I drive on hand-controls, so the vehicle will also need to be an automatic.

My current car has an autoassist feature for hill takeaways, but this is not available on the Tepee andis an expensive option on the Berlingo.

I am looking for guidance from anyone currently driving either vehicle as an automatic - how do you find hill starts etc?

Also, any suggestions on other vehicles that arent too big, but will take a hoist, would be welcome.

Can’t offer any advise really but will be interested in any replies you get - I’ve made the decision to change to an automatic and have managed to persuade my partner. Just getting bored of trailing through ‘what car’ mags.
