Hi, new here
I have RRMS and for a while I have had central back pain however for the last week the pain is in my lower spine and so so painful. I can’t lay in a bath or get comfy.
I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this or maybe is isnt MS related. I don’t know. It’s worrying me. The GP referred me to a physio but that made it worse! Will go back to the GP just wanted to hear if anyone else had it too.

I suffer quite badly with lower back pain. If I sit at all and then go to stand it takes quite a bit to straighten up and adapt to the pain. I have just become accustomed to it but because of the back pain I feel my walking/stumbling has got a lot worse, Hope you get some comfort soon

i had my pelvis fractured when a taxi shot off at speed with my coat trapped in the door, big bloody ouch!
Advice from consultant orthopaedics was to do as much weight bearing as possible.
I did this with a zimmer frame loaned from the hospital.
everything was going well and then I fell in the house. Now it hurts when I sit down and also when I stand up.
really annoying because I was coping with MS until that flipping taxi.
I find it really hard to stand up straight.
I have always tended to be clumsy so at least I’m used to it.
Hi, over the 23 years I have had PPMS, my back pain has varied from none existent to severe.
Usually a change of support cushions in my wheelchair do help. Lying on my back for a long time also causes discomfort. I get some one to turn me to ease it.
