Hi everyone, I have RRMS. Nearly every morning I wake up i have pain in my neck and pain on top of my head. It makes me feel awful. I have tried different pillows, yhet don’t seem to help. I have also been getting pain in the top of my right arm, as if it is being pumped up.Feels like it is coming from shoulder. (This pain isn’t usually on waking) Does anyone get these pains, any advise please??
I’ve been using 4 drops of CBD oil every night before bed for the past 3 years with great success for lower left foot and leg cramps, it doesn’t work for everybody, but does for me.
I take cannabis at night with a vaporizer for pain and to help me sleep it works within seconds
Know how you feel, I wake up every morning in pain and the feeling that Ive never slept, pisses me off, constantly feeling like this. Have no cure but I agree with the cannabis use, it does work when you take it. I dont take every night as I have kids that would question the smell of it! Jane
Hi, I have pain all the time and high fatigue and like JKc it gets to me, as I imagine it does everyone on here. I tried CBD, but it didn’t work for me, don’t take any meds now as the 1 I was taking stopped having the desired effect and the others just didn’t help me, I’m spms, but hey what have you gt to lose in trying the CBD, clearly it does work for some on here, good luck.

Hi, yes I do get pain in the morning but not all the time, it is very random. I have found especially lately, that I have to keep my head warm as it feels like a cold band is around it, so I go to bed with a light scarf on my back and a very unromantic woolly loose thing on my head. Also, when it is bad and I can feel it coming on as heaviness in my arms, usually when I start dropping things, I have found it useful to sit watching the tv in a very good position with a neck support on (one of those aeroplane thingies). Worse than that, I sit like a woolly zombie with a small back strap on to keep my core straight instead of giving in to the pain and being floppy which then hurts more. I don’t know if it just helps me and I don’t need them all the time, but when I feel a bad bit coming on, these seem to take the symptom level down just a bit. Most people have a magazine rack, I have a bandage rack! It helps me.
