Hi I’m a 48yr old woman and new to posting on here ! Tech no phobic lol ! I was diagnosed with ppms nearly 3yrs ago despite having symptoms for 20+ … long story short had dizziness on off for yrs but since Monday it’s been non stop even when lying down feels like I’m on the waltzer!! Rang 111 got sent a+e last night as got scared all my bloods came back ok which means could be the ms !! A bit scared as thinking the dizziness is permanent plus does this mean I could be getting more legions on my brain/spine , ms nurse helpline closed till Monday! I’d appreciate your thoughts as I’m a worryer ha ha !

Ive had a similar experience. My leison is in my brain stem so i often get dizzy or foggy and once had a flare up that presented as vertigo. Pretty similar to how you describe. Fortunately it didn’t last so long, the light headedness stuck around a few more weeks but eventually went. I had another MRI and showed no new damage or leisons so just a flare up.
I too felt horrified that i could be stuck that way But it eased.
Try to Keep the faith. Each day we get wiser and better at adapting.
